This recipe was contributed by my niece Andrea Jenkins Poltrone. It look so yummy when she posted it I asked for permission to include it here in my recipes.
I love slaw but Marzetti’s dressing (the best dressing for slaw on this planet!) is a little pricy. So, to save a couple pennies I use the following recipe and really, it is hard to tell the difference.
Apple or Pear Cake Recipe. This is an incredibly moist cake that can be made with things that you have in your pantry. This might be the yummiest, moistest, truly amazing cake you have ever tasted!
