Bible References:

Romans 11:29-36 ( KJV ) 29For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.  30For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:  31Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.  32For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. 33O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!  34For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?  35Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?  36For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Romans 12:1-9 ( KJV ) 1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.  3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.  4For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:  5So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.  6Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;  7Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;  8Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness.  9Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

2 Peter 3:9 ( KJV ) 9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Psalms 119:11-16 ( KJV ) 11    Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. 12    Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes. 13    With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth. 14    I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. 15    I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. 16    I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

Psalms 119:105 ( KJV ) 105    Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

1 Corinthians 2:9-10 ( KJV ) 9But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.  10But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Philippians 2:3-8 ( KJV ) 3Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.  4Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.  5Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:  6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:  7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:  8And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Psalms 10:3-4 ( KJV ) 3    For the wicked boasteth of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth. 4    The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.

Psalms 37:4-5 ( KJV ) 4    Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5    Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Proverbs 13:12 ( KJV ) 12Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.

Acts 1:4 ( KJV ) 4And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
