This pie is so simple. I made it for the first time the other day as a birthday dinner request for my daughter. Here is How I did it:
I love slaw but Marzetti’s dressing (the best dressing for slaw on this planet!) is a little pricy. So, to save a couple pennies I use the following recipe and really, it is hard to tell the difference.
Cold cured smoked salmon (lox). This is a Scottish-style lox because it is cold smoked with a salt and sugar brine.
Roasted Potato Recipe, This is a great recipe when you need a large amount of potatoes and it is really an easy recipe that tastes lovely.
