A great recipe for Chili with beans and meat made like a thick soup, the northern way.
I ran out of bread but I had some amazing ingredients and so I took it and made one of my favorite sandwiches — Reubens in New Mexico.
We mostly eat bagels for breakfast with cream cheese and sometimes a slice of tomato. Or I will make a garden veggie cream cheese or one with olives in it. Any way you eat ’em … you’re gonna love these bagels!
