This recipe was contributed by my niece Andrea Jenkins Poltrone. It look so yummy when she posted it I asked for permission to include it here in my recipes.
This egg bake is a great dish to serve when you have lots of guests. It is so simple. It is light and fluffy and especially rich and creamy when you use evaporated milk.
We mostly eat bagels for breakfast with cream cheese and sometimes a slice of tomato. Or I will make a garden veggie cream cheese or one with olives in it. Any way you eat ’em … you’re gonna love these bagels!
Here is a yummy twist to the every day tuna noodle casserole. It is a favorite in the Allen home!
