Bread, Cornbread
This is a delicious, sweet cornbread that is very moist. Also makes 18 great muffins.

Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil delicious with extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp melted butter don't use margarine
Preheat the oven at 350℉
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients together in small bowl.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix with a spoon until incorportated. Mix until it is just together, no need to mix for long while.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish or miffin tins.
Bake at 350 ℉ for about 35 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven to cooling rack.
