Bible References:

Romans 8:1-12 ( KJV ) 1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  11But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.  12Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

Galatians 5:1-26 ( KJV ) 1Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.  2Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.  3For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.  4Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.  5For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.  6For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.  7Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?  8This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.  9A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.  10I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.  11And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.  12I would they were even cut off which trouble you. 13For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.  14For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.  15But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.  16This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.  17For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.  18But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.  19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,  20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,  21Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.  22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,  23Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.  24And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.  25If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.  26Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Galatians 3:25-26 ( KJV ) 25But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.  26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

1 John 2:22-23 ( KJV ) 22Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.  23Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also

1 John 2:15-16 ( KJV ) 15Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 3:10 ( KJV ) 10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

1 John 4:3 ( KJV ) 3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

1 John 5:12-13 ( KJV ) 12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.  13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

2 John 1:7 ( KJV ) 7For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
